Reading notes

The date-of-death field reads 10-22 (the day overwritten), while the physician's certificate says he attended her and last saw her alive on Oct 23 - both recorded. The father's birthplace is given as Ohio here; his other children's certificates give Kansas [F.313] and Waco [F.312]-era data - not reconciled. Age 37 yrs 10 mos 21 ds from 7 Jan 1881 does not compute to 22 Oct 1918 exactly - recorded as written.
