Susan was the daughter of John Ludlow, Esq., and the grand-daughter of Col. Cornelius Ludlow. Wife of: (1) Stephen CUMMINGS (or CUMMINS) (2) David BIGHAM (as his 2nd wife) David and Susan BIGHAM were the parents of six children: 2 infants and 4 surviving children (as of 1847)-- Mary J.; William D; Frances S.; & David L. BIGHAM. Susan´s remains were removed from the old Hamilton Graveyard and reburied at Greenwood on 27 Apr 1850.
