Reading notes
The bride's surname ends in a loop that may be a final 's' ('Owen' or 'Owens'); the 1930 death certificate of her infant gives 'Thora Owen' [F.346]. The cover does not name the county or state. The clerk's name is read 'Em Pittman' on the return (the issuing signature is the same hand, less legible). Image is a member's scan of a family-held original.
