WITH THE DATE RANGE APPLIED THE STATE COUNTS ARE QUITE DIFFERENT FROM THE 2026-10-12 PASS: OREGON 0 (not 11) and WASHINGTON 3 (not 19) - so the earlier counts were taken before the dates bound, and the two numbers this file has been carrying as unfinished business were never about this date range at all.
