🔑 what it adds
A third Stirling-partnership creditor alongside [K.36]/[K.37] Vanderveer and [K.38] Livingston: Jonathan Stiles, judgment December Term 1770, £354.1.2, still being levied in 1793–96 on the pair's Roxbury lands — twenty-plus years on, and after Stirling's death. And one of those Roxbury tracts was surveyed for Stirling in 1766 by "Dan[iel] Cooper Jun[r]" — Daniel Cooper Jr, the deputy surveyor (Benjamin's brother).
