Van Court + Cooper sweep: NULL — zero 'Van Court' in any spelling in any year, zero Coriell/Curiel, and no Daniel or Anne Cooper marriage.

Transcription and notes

[high certainty for the 1890 typeset publication + the surname-sweep nulls; the few Cooper-surname marriages present are collateral/later NYC Coopers, not transcribed in full here]

Why acquired To find the 1716 Elias Van Court × Anne marriage— the record that would directly name Anne's maiden surname and resolve the "Ana BVancourt" initial (p.3)

Headline — the search that prompted acquisition: Van Court marriage = NULL

Full-text search of the entire 1639–1801 register (chronological body + back-of-book index) for Van Court / Vancourt / Van Coort / Van Koort / Van Coert / Vaucourt / Van Cour(excluding the unrelated Van Cortlandt manor family) returns ZERO marriages, in any year. There is no Elias Van Court, and no bride "Anne/Anna Cooper"or "Anne B—"in the 1714–1719 window (or anywhere).

⇒ The ~1716 Elias × Anne marriage was notperformed/recorded at NYC Collegiate — consistent with the family being Raritan-area, not NYC (cf. the F.72 baptism null). Combined with: Raritan/Somerville DRC marriages begin only 1721(no settled minister until Frelinghuysen, first sermon 31 Jan 1720 — so the register opens after the marriage); NJ colonial marriage bonds(NJA 1st Series Vol 22) hold only later Van Courts (Moses 1777/1780, Cornelius 1775); First Reformed New Brunswickbegins 1793. The ~1716 marriage predates every surviving regional Dutch-Reformed marriage register — there is no source left to order that would name Anne's maiden surname.See p.3 2026-06-21 note + pr.2.

Coriell / Curiel / Coryell = NULL

Zero hits, any spelling (Cor[iy]e?ll / Curiel / Koriel / Coryl / Cariel) across the full register. The Daniel-Sr biologicalline (fam.15/pr.16) is absent from the NYC Collegiate marriage register exactly as it is from the baptism register (per the F.72 2026-06-21 extension) — the Coriells did not marry or baptize in the NYC Dutch orbit.

Cooper-surname marriages present (all collateral — none is Daniel Sr's family)

No "Daniel Cooper"and no "Anne Cooper"marriage appears. The register's Cooper-surname marriages are a scatter of unrelated / later NYC Coopers (given verbatim as spelled, years not transcribed here — all sit in the register's later/higher-page run, i.e. mid-to-late 1700s, not Daniel Sr's ~1716 generation):

Plus assorted Kuyper/Cuypermarriages (Hopper × Aaltje Kuyper; John Bas × Susanna Kuyper; Cornelius Ekkersse × Lena Cuyper; Gerardus A. Kuypers b.1766) = the already-catalogued Bergen/NYC Kuyper cluster (cf. F.72/M.1), none relevant to Daniel Sr's chain. None of these warrants a people-file beyond existing coverage; flagged here only to document that the Cooper marriages were examined, not skipped.
