(Quaker double-dating: months are numbered. Note youngest daughter's name "Abigail Stokes Cooper" = mother's maiden surname carried as the child's middle name — same naming mechanism as "Joseph Ellis Cooper.")
Notes
- This is the authoritative child roster behind the Ancestry index "Detail" panel seen in I.184 (William / Joseph E / Jacob / Daniel / George / Sarah Ann / Abigail — the panel omitted the two who died in infancy, Cadwalader + Franklin). The panel was drawn from this Quaker register, not from the Stokes-genealogy page.
- Haddonfield Monthly Meeting = a Quaker meeting in Camden/Gloucester Co. NJ = [fam.3] Camden NJ Quaker Cooper territory. The parents' marriage (21 Feb 1782, "at PM Had[donfield]") is in the Hinshaw Quaker index (see [C.66]).
- The "Joseph Ellis Cooper b. 1786" of this register = [p.1608] (fam.3, m. Mary Scull). He was briefly mis-merged with our Warren [p.112] (2026-07-08); [I.185] resolved them as two different men — see [p.1608] + [p.112].

Follow-ups
- Higher-resolution / adjacent pages of this Haddonfield register (the left margin shows a bleed-through Cooper column; more Cooper families likely on nearby pages).
- (Former follow-up, now moot: a Haddonfield removal record to prove a Camden→Warren migration — that migration hypothesis is dead; p.1608 stayed a Camden fam.3 Quaker and is a different man from the Warren [p.112].)
