What this document records
🎯🎯 the recital robert robertson owned a parker division lot
Read at 6×: "…west eight chains and forty links to the place of beginning, containing nineteen and a half acres of land, be the same, more or less; and is the same lot that the said Uriah Burdge purchased of Robert Robertson & wife." THE LOT IS LOT NO 4 OF THE THOMAS PARKER DIVISION, and it is identified three ways against [A.173]: ▸ 19½ acres = the plat's No 4 Sarah Carr 19 50/100; ▸ it begins at the Swamp White oak at Levi Howell's corner — the division's own starting monument, lettered on the plat; ▸ it adjoins a lot belonged to Elizabeth Parker — Lot No 5 ([name.564]). ⇒ [name.555] ROBERT ROBERTSON ONCE OWNED A LOT OF THE THOMAS PARKER DIVISION. That is the first documentary link between Robertson and the Parker ground — and Robertson is the man from whom Samuel Cooper Samuel Cooper bought the half acre he sold to Israel Cooper Israel Cooper in 1831 ([K.55]).
🔴 and it contradicts k89 on its face
TWO DEEDS APPEAR TO CONVEY LOT NO 4, TEN YEARS APART, THROUGH DIFFERENT HANDS. ▸ This deed, 22 Aug 1840 — Uriah Burdge → James K. Swayze, "the same lot that the said Uriah Burdge purchased of Robert Robertson & wife." ▸ [K.89], 10 Apr 1850 — William Carr and Sarah his wife → John B. Price, "Lot No 4 in the Division of the real estate of Thomas Parker deceased… & land was set off to said Sarah Carr in said division." BOTH describe the same ground: 19½ / 19.50 acres, the Swamp White oak at Howell's corner, and Howell's line as the closing course. THE CATALOG DOES NOT RESOLVE THIS AND DOES NOT GUESS. Readings that would fit, none established: an 1850 quitclaim clearing a residual or dower interest after the fact; a title defect in the Robertson chain; two conveyances of an undivided share; or a misreading of one lot number. [K.90] t1. What is NOT in doubt either way: Robertson held Parker division ground, and that is the fact that bears on the Cooper chain.

Transcription and notes
The first documentary link between [name.555] Robert Robertson and the Thomas Parker ground — and Robertson is the man from whom [p.115] Samuel Cooper bought the half acre he sold [p.2052] Israel Cooper in 1831 ([K.55]).
22 August 1840 — Uriah Burdge and Rachel his wife, of Hope Township, sell 19½ acres in Hardwick to James K. Swayze for $100, the deed reciting that it "is the same lot that the said Uriah Burdge purchased of Robert Robertson & wife."
It is Lot No 4 of the division, on three independent matches to [A.173]: 19½ acres =
the plat's No 4 … 19 50/100; it begins at the Swamp White oak at Levi Howell's corner — the
division's own monument; and it adjoins "a lot belonged to Elizabeth Parker" = Lot No 5.
Which contradicts [K.89] on its face, where William Carr and Sarah sell "Lot No 4 … set off to said Sarah Carr in said division" to John B. Price in 1850 — ten years later. Not resolved here, and not guessed at. t1 starts with the cheapest test: [K.89]'s own metes have never been read above 0.35×.
status: partial — the caption, date, parties, acreage and Robertson recital were read at
5–6×; the metes and execution block are [desc] from an orientation view.
