Searched for: HER 1940 CENSUS. NO NEW SEARCH WAS SPENT: this is the same question as her father's, and it was worked exhaustively on 2026-06-10 and re-run blind on 2026-10-19. The full argument and the parameters are on Lewis Cooper; this row records the answer so the sweep stops flagging it as unworked.
Result: NOT FOUND, AND THE LEADING READING IS THAT THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD WAS NEVER ENUMERATED. [D.380] is a two-person Lewis + Nellie Cooper household at Palmer Twp with no children, and its identification with her parents is OPEN - birthplace Pennsylvania against New Jersey three times, and a renter-labourer against 1930's home-owning contractor.
The 2026-06-10 sweep checked both grandmothers' households ([D.383], [D.391]), every locatable aunt and uncle ([D.384], [D.386], [D.387], [D.388], [D.389], [D.390]) and six index angles including Lois Cooper statewide in Pennsylvania (50 hits, none born ~1936 to Lewis/Nellie, none near Monroe or Northampton) - all null. The 2026-10-19 re-run added complete-county Cooper lists for Northampton and Monroe on the 1928 band - also null.
The only untried route is an ED-level image browse of the Stroud Twp / East Stroudsburg / Forks Twp callback sheets (61-A onward).

Found by inspection, not by searching: while working this family's 1940 gap I opened [D.382], the 1950 Forks Twp household of her father Lewis Cooper, and found a
subjects: row reading 'Lois, daughter, 14' with no p: on it.Result: GAP CLOSED WITH NO SEARCH AT ALL - [D.382], line 16. 'Lois, daughter, W, F, 14, nev, Penna, (student)', in the Lewis Cooper household at Forks Twp, Northampton Co.
WHY THE SWEEP KEPT REPORTING IT AS A GAP: this file was created after [D.382] was written, so the row naming her never got a
p:. A subjects: row without one is invisible to catalog_io.people_rows(), to the GEDCOM export and to build_missing_records.py - which is what generates the worklist. ⇒ The sweep was about to spend an engine search on a census whose plate has been on disk for months. Same defect class as the ten compound rows found on 2026-10-19 morning, in its single-person form.

Searched for: HER MARRIAGE TO Charles Edward Supers CHARLES EDWARD SUPERS, which the sweep's worklist carried at 'no search recorded'. Ancestry 'New Jersey, U.S., Marriage Index, 1901-2016' (coll. 61253):
?name=_Supers&count=50, surname only - 834 rows reported, page 1 read. The true Supers rows are a handful (Edward 1935, Thomas J 1942, Carolyn G 1997); the rest of the count is Subers, Sepers, Sipers, Suppers and Spers.Result: NO SUPERS x COOPER ROW - BUT THIS IS NOT A NULL ABOUT HER, AND IS DELIBERATELY NOT WRITTEN AS ONE.
IT IS THE WRONG JURISDICTION. She was born at Palmer Twp, Northampton Co., PENNSYLVANIA [G.672], lived at Forks Twp in 1985 [J.396] and at Bethlehem in 2017, and is buried at Northampton Memorial Shrine. The search was run because four marriages in the neighbouring Sussex Co., N.J. branch had just been dated in this collection, and the state was not checked first. ⇒ Recorded as a search run in the wrong state, which is a different thing from a negative result.
It is not quite worthless: Northampton Co. faces Warren Co., N.J. across the Delaware at Easton/Phillipsburg, so a New Jersey marriage was possible and is now excluded on page 1. But the instrument for this couple is Pennsylvania.
AND THE OBVIOUS PENNSYLVANIA COLLECTION IS ALREADY KNOWN NOT TO COVER HER COUNTY. [J.561] established on 2026-10-19 that Ancestry's 'Pennsylvania, U.S., County Marriage Records, 1845-1963' (coll. 61324) holds Allegheny, Adams, Montgomery, Delford and Smithton - not Northampton. ⇒ The route is the Northampton Co. Orphans' Court / Clerk of Courts marriage docket itself, or a newspaper licence column of the kind [J.561] already is for her parents. Carried as a todo.
